Rules
This is strictly for E teams with a winning % of .550 or lower.
Also for league/ rec teams.
New teams can be formed, roster must be approved.
All rosters from E sanctioned teams must be online. I will allow straight League/Rec teams to use a paper roster, must be sanctioned and have roster approved.
If you are a new team, like from another association, you can play, I will 100% look at your record. I have the right to refuse any team.
